GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Site and its content are administered by Les Producteurs de lait du Québec from its offices located in the Province of Quebec, Canada. The Site is intended for residents of the Province of Quebec. Consequently, the Site and its content are governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in that province.
Access to and use of the Site are deemed to have been performed in the Province of Quebec and you expressly and irrevocably acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec sitting in and for the judicial district of Longueuil with regard to the Site, its use and its content.

Only the French version of these conditions is the official version and it prevails over any other version.
